  • Implementing User Behavior Tracking: I set up event tracking to monitor how users interacted with key features, identifying points of friction and opportunities for improvement.

  • Creating Performance Dashboards: I built accessible dashboards for the team, translating raw data into actionable insights on user engagement, feature adoption, and conversion funnels. This data analytics initiative empowered us to make informed, data-driven decisions for future development sprints.

  • Advanced Search Functionality: I engineered a more robust and intelligent search engine for the platform. This wasn’t just about matching keywords; it involved improving result relevancy, reducing load times, and implementing filters to help users narrow down their queries quickly and efficiently.
